Customer product customization instructions:
OEM production: customers come to sample, we play the version, after the customer confirms the order production;
ODM production: customers come to our sample room, choose their own new, order production;
OEM design: customers provide demand, our designers design products according to customer needs, after screening and confirmation by customers, they can match color samples and place orders;
1. If the customer requests the proofing version of our company, the printing fee must be paid. The specific amount is determined according to the style and materials.
2, the style of the version, after the customer orders, the sample fee will be charged at the price of 1:1 when the balance of the payment is made, and the rest will be refunded to the customer or the payment.
3, proofing time: generally 3-7 days after receiving the sample fee, the number is large or the process is complicated, and it is agreed upon according to the situation.
Minimum order quantity:
1, cowhide (leather bag）: 100 single monochrome order
2, PU package: 300 single monochrome order（If the market is in stock, you can discuss it.）
3, Oxford cloth: 500 single monochrome order
1. Demand communication: customer demand（Provided as it is）Our business and customers conduct preliminary communication on product materials, process, price, delivery time and other needs, select new products that they like, and further communicate on custom quantity, price, delivery time, etc.
2, proofing / confirmation of samples: customers commissioned our proofing version（Suggested written confirmation）; both sides confirm the sample（Signature/storage sample）
3, sign the contract / delivery deposit: the two sides sign the contract; the customer pays a deposit of 30%
4. Large-scale production/process management: Our company completes logistics procurement, opening molds, etc.; after the large-scale materials arrive, the first batch of large-scale goods will be produced by the manufacturing workshop, and the customer will sign the sample.（Customer confirmation is required）Our company QC strictly supervises every link from material import to shipment, customers can also send commissioners to our company for supervision and inspection; salesmen take the initiative to put materials from warehouse, opening, oil side, countertop, parking space, packaging, etc. Photographed to the customer on the spot; the two sides maintain communication, timely reflect and resolve all matters that need to be resolved through negotiation between the two parties in the production process
5, customer QC inspection: support customer QC to our company inspection; our company completed 90% of the order production（Before being officially packaged）, will inform the customer to send staff to our company for inspection; the inspection is subject to the sample, the procurement sampling test method
6. Payment method/delivery: Payment method: The buyer pays a 30% deposit in advance. After the supplier receives the 30% deposit, the company starts production and receives 70% of the balance before shipping. Delivery time: 25-30 days after receiving the deposit（If the quantity is large or the process is complicated, it will be agreed upon as appropriate. Delivery method: Our company assists customers in handling freight related procedures by full-time business（Including customs clearance, shipping）The customer can also pick up the goods from our company;
7. After-sales service: Packing list and logistics order on the day of shipment. The mail is sent to the customer, and the attached image is shipped when necessary. Out of the cabinet for 24 hours, our company will contact the customer by full-time business to explain the delivery time and arrival time. 15-30 days after the delivery, our full-time business will conduct a “Customer Satisfaction Survey” to communicate on the order status.
